Job Description

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Interested applicants must follow the directions in the “How to Apply” section to be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Apprehension/detention authority on military installations.
  • Perform anti-terrorism and force protection duties.
  • Respond to and investigate incidents, patrol areas, and man fixed posts.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and at least 18 years old.
  • Must pass background checks, drug tests, physical exams, and meet height/weight standards.
  • Required to maintain Secret clearance, valid driver’s license, and firearm certification.
  • Subject to rotating shifts, 24-hour recall, and emergency overtime.

Qualifications

  • GS-05 to GS-07 level experience required in law enforcement or related military/police duties.
  • Education can substitute for experience at GS-05 level only.
