Job Description

We are hiring a dependable Class 1 / LGV1 driver to transport secure air freight in and around the UK and IE, while also servicing London Heathrow Airport’s cross-dock operations. Candidates must meet strict licensing, background, and training standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle cargo loading/unloading and ensure safe and efficient handling at all times.
• Maintain compliance with vehicle and cargo safety regulations during transport.
• Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Fill out paperwork clearly and accurately to track shipments and deliveries.
• Uphold vehicle maintenance and ensure operational readiness.

• Distribution
• Trunking
• Airport Work

Schedule

• Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 4 on / 4 off, 12-hour shifts
• Night Shift: 4 on / 4 off, 12-hour shifts (may include nights out)

Qualifications

• Full valid Driver CPC Licence (required)
• Must have a Class 1 / LGV1 licence and no more than 6 points on licence
• Minimum 2 years of large goods vehicle (LGV) driving experience
• Must provide 5 years of checkable work history
• Basic disclosure with no disqualifying convictions
• Cargo Operative Certificate – training can be provided
