Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute at the heart of Homes England, working directly with the Chief Executive and Chair to support the agency’s mission. You’ll collaborate across internal departments, manage evolving priorities, and help shape strategic direction in a high-profile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Enable seamless delivery of executive support to the Chief Executive and Chair.
  • Attend strategic meetings across the UK alongside senior leaders.
  • Foster and maintain robust internal and external relationships.
  • Deliver high-quality service by triaging and managing competing priorities.
  • Anticipate executive needs and respond proactively before requests arise.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage pressure and meet tight deadlines with efficiency.
  • Experience working within politically sensitive or high-stakes environments.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills across stakeholder levels.
  • Knowledge of the political and commercial landscape impacting public bodies.
  • Proven ability to innovate and improve existing systems or processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in executive-level support or strategy within government or non-departmental bodies.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Understanding of governance structures and public accountability.
  • Flexibility to travel between regional offices as needed.
