We are seeking a results-driven **Cargo Commercial Manager – Europe** to join Menzies Aviation and contribute to our cargo strategy across European markets.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads and explore future opportunities through horizon scanning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored sales pitches and customer-focused presentations.
• Support the development and execution of regional and key account sales strategies.
• Manage commercial relationships, resolve operational issues, and maintain strong account performance reporting.
• Contribute to RFPs and unsolicited proposals to improve win rates and secure new business.

Requirements

• Strong customer-orientation and an understanding of client expectations in aviation and logistics.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work across multiple regions and service lines with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with sales processes within a cargo handler, airline, or freight forwarder.
• Proven success in a commercial or sales-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in cargo commercial operations.
• Proven sales or key account management history, ideally in the aviation industry.
• Strong ability to produce engaging and professional sales collateral and business review materials.
