We are looking for a passionate and driven Employment Adviser to support our Restart Scheme across the Isle of Wight. This remote position plays a crucial role in empowering individuals to overcome barriers and achieve meaningful employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with compliance requirements.
• Build rapport and supportive relationships to develop action plans for employment.
• Support customers through recruitment activities, enhancing their confidence and skills.
• Engage with local partners, employers, and stakeholders to drive job outcomes.
• Promote positive behavioural changes and mindsets in clients with tailored guidance.

Requirements

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently within a team environment.
• Proven experience in a performance-focused, client-facing setting.
• Passion for supporting people in achieving positive change through employment.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and excellent communication skills.
• Resilience and motivation to meet personal and team targets.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level (preferred) or significant experience in customer service or sales roles.
• Understanding of employment markets and local job opportunities is an asset.
