Job Description

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated Home Delivery Drivers to become the friendly face of Iceland Foods in Tiptree. As a vital link between our stores and our customers, you’ll deliver groceries right to their doors with excellent service and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver shopping to customers efficiently and safely while representing our brand on the road.
• Assist the in-store team with tasks such as stock replenishment or checkout duties when needed.
• Provide friendly, engaging, and timely service during every delivery interaction.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence for at least 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Capable of managing a fast-paced workload and adapting to day-to-day delivery challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused role is an advantage.
• Flexible availability – shifts may start as early as 6am and end as late as 11pm.
• Reliable team player with a can-do attitude and a desire to make a difference.
