Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Principal Account Manager to join Honeywell UOP’s European Sales team. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for managing strategic relationships, executing client growth strategies, and driving sales throughout the United Kingdom and the Nordics.
Responsibilities
- Identify and drive sales opportunities through the full cycle, from lead generation to closing.
- Coordinate with technical sales, order management, and execution teams for seamless client delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans in line with company goals and client needs.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences throughout the sales process.
- Generate revenue and forecast catalysts and adsorbents sales across an 18-month timeline.
- Maintain the highest standards of compliance and integrity during all business dealings.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key accounts in Northern Europe.
Requirements
- Technical knowledge in the refining and petrochemical industries.
- Sales or commercial experience in related industries.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed organization.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Understanding of cultural and business dynamics in Northern Europe.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking with analytical ability to align solutions to customer goals.
- Effective time management skills and attention to detail.
