Job Description

LSE is seeking an ambitious and driven finance professional to join its Finance Division as an FP&A Manager. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the School’s financial strategy and ensure efficient planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver monthly management accounts and contribute to long-term financial planning.
  • Work collaboratively with senior managers to guide financial decision-making.
  • Monitor and enhance financial controls and planning procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience working in finance within complex or large-scale organizations.
  • Track record of communicating financial issues clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and detail-orientation skills.

Qualifications

  • Professional accounting qualification: ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent.
  • Audit background or extensive relevant experience in a similar financial role.
