Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Engagement Coordinator to join the MAN&BOY team. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will serve as the vital link between families, volunteers, and partners, ensuring that all aspects of our programme are delivered effectively and meaningfully.

Responsibilities

• Engage confidently with families, volunteers, and referral partners to build strong working relationships.
• Coordinate and lead outdoor learning activities and adventure-based camps.
• Facilitate relational activities that help strengthen family bonds.
• Organise programme logistics and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Support the development of a committed volunteer base and maintain effective communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience in working with young people or families.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and facilitation abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and general administrative functions.
• Understanding of neurodivergence and SEND (desirable).

Qualifications

• Background in youth work, social work, or a similar discipline (desirable).
• Passion for outdoor learning and experiential education.
• Experience in residential programmes, adventure learning, or camping (preferred).
