Job Description

Responsibilities

• Guide and support store operations including opening and closing duties.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to lead successful shifts and coach partners.
• Ensure all partners adhere to Starbucks’ cash handling, safety, and food hygiene standards.
• Drive profitability by prioritizing and delegating tasks effectively.
• Maintain a consistent focus on delivering high-quality beverages and service to customers.
• Identify teachable moments and encourage continuous learning among the team.

Requirements

• Prior coaching or supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and strong decision-making abilities.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising teams and motivating others to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of store operations and an ability to execute on company procedures and policies.
