Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Provide support to both the cash desk and delivery teams as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and customer preferences.
• Follow all health & safety and security guidelines strictly.
• Act as a brand ambassador for our sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• Reliable, hard-working, and passionate about retail fashion.
• Strong interest in customer service and product knowledge.
• Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and situations in-store.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; training is provided.
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
