Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse health and safety agenda and actively engage in H&S committees.
• Support and participate in staff development, including training warehouse operatives.
• Act as the main liaison for all warehouse-related customer communications on-site.
• Maximize deployment of resources, materials, and processes to mitigate disruptions.
• Oversee procedural updates, ensuring teams meet logistics and inventory goals.
• Enhance systems and strategies to boost service, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Promote initiatives that improve warehouse performance and streamline operations.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in warehouse management and team leadership.
• Hands-on knowledge of Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) operations.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and engage staff with strong communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and value addition.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in similar warehousing environments.
• Experience in operational logistics and stock control accuracy.
