Job Description

We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our Revenue Protection team at London Euston. As a Revenue Protection Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our mission to connect customers and communities with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Assist and reassure passengers during service disruptions and emergencies with clear, helpful communication.
• Support the wider team and collaborate with On-Board and Station colleagues to enhance travel experience.
• Protect company revenue while increasing market presence through excellent customer engagement.
• Follow guidance and ensure smooth communication under the direction of the Head of Security & Revenue Protection.
• Uphold safety and maintain a secure environment for passengers on-site at London Euston station.

• Ability to provide professional, friendly customer service under varied conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help others.
• Willingness to adapt, learn on the job, and contribute positively to a team-focused environment.
• Strong integrity and commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required — full training will be provided.
