Responsibilities

• Shape organisational design projects and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion as strategic assets.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Reward teams to implement effective hiring and retention programs.
• Support compliance with UK employment laws and HR policy execution.
• Lead business transformation by translating strategic goals into people-driven outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR Director and Centres of Expertise to execute innovative succession plans.
• Drive data-informed decisions through HR metrics analysis and strategic insight reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in performance management, employee relations, and talent retention strategies.
• Advanced knowledge of organisational change and leadership development in dynamic environments.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Capability to coach and challenge senior stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to adapt and lead in AI-driven and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Expert-level understanding of UK employment legislation.
• Proven HR Business Partnering experience in complex organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional collaborations.
• Strong analytical proficiency to interpret and apply HR data to drive decisions.
• Familiarity with commercial operations and scientific business models.
