Job Description

Baker Hughes is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Internal Auditor – Anti-Bribery & Corruption to join our global Audit team in London. You will play a critical role in supporting our compliance objectives by delivering global audits and consulting engagements that drive operational excellence and risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform operational audits and value-added consulting assignments.
  • Prepare detailed audit findings and discuss recommendations with auditees to promote improvements.
  • Coach junior auditors and contribute to special projects or internal investigations as required.
  • Support the development and promotion of internal control systems across the business.
  • Travel globally up to 20% of the time for audit engagements.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of audit planning, test procedures, and sampling methods.
  • Experience in forensic auditing with exposure to FCPA, sanctions, and anti-money laundering is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of risk management and Anti-Bribery & Corruption regulations.
  • Ability to build accurate, complete, and well-supported audit documentation.
  • Strong background in financial audits and compliance testing.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
  • Professional certification such as ACA, CIA, CPA, or ACFE is preferred.
  • Previous internal or external audit experience in a global organization.
