Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Business Support Lead to join the SHEP Marine team at Babcock International Group. This remote position plays a vital administrative role supporting the SHEP Director and wider team operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate SHEP team activities, including scheduling meetings and creating presentation materials.
  • Manage inbox and diary for the SHEP Director and SHEP Marine inbox.
  • Raise and receipt purchase requisitions using procurement tools.
  • Support the Monthly SHEP Marine Pack and performance bulletins.
  • Organize SHEP Inductions for new leadership roles and assist with event planning.
  • Handle coordination of Toolbox Talks (TBTs) and SHEP Alerts.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, particularly in diary and email management.
  • Experience raising purchase orders and processing receipts.
  • Proven ability to plan and coordinate internal campaigns or events.

Qualifications

  • Intermediate Excel training – Desirable
  • Minute taking training – Desirable
  • PowerPoint training – Desirable
