Job Description

Unilever’s Personal Care division is hiring a visionary Sports and Entertainment Partnerships Director to lead global strategies that shape brand storytelling through cultural and passion-driven experiences. This position is based at 100 Victoria Embankment (100VE), London, with a potential move to Kingston-upon-Thames in 2025 depending on consultation outcomes. You’ll drive global partnerships for iconic brands like Dove, Rexona, and Lifebuoy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with rights holders, retail accounts, talent, and agency partners.
  • Lead execution of high-profile partnerships including FIFA and other entertainment/sports activations.
  • Create innovative, social-first activation playbooks and toolkits for global market adoption.
  • Define global strategies and deploy impactful partnerships across music, gaming, film, and live events.
  • Collaborate with brand teams to integrate partnerships into campaigns and retail experiences.
  • Direct and manage internal teams, legal, procurement, and market leads for seamless execution.
  • Measure and optimize the impact of partnerships on brand equity and business performance.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in global sports, music, or entertainment partnership roles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in media measurement and ROI frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing high-value commercial rights.
  • Solid understanding of cultural trends, digital ecosystems, and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to lead global brand initiatives with commercial creativity and precision.
