Job Description
Tesla is seeking a Regional Supervisor for Tesla Support to join our team based in London or Manchester. You’ll help lead our international support team in building a seamless, automated and world-class customer experience, coaching new advisors and driving continuous improvement across support operations.
Responsibilities
- Coach and support newly hired Tesla Support advisors on the fundamentals of the role.
- Act as the escalation point for customer issues, representing Tesla’s brand, mission, and values.
- Maintain close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to relay key customer feedback.
- Lead a country-specific team of advisors and ensure service delivery is in line with performance goals.
- Manage frequent ad hoc tasks and adapt to shifting business needs with professionalism and speed.
- Use key call metrics and CSAT data to track and report support performance across your region.
- Drive initiatives that improve internal processes and enhance customer experience across the board.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions within and across country teams.
- Uphold Tesla’s customer-centric values and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Requirements
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Track record of successfully leading teams; experience in automotive, IT, or engineering a plus.
- Demonstrated capability to coach and develop others effectively.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities and implementing initiatives under pressure.
